How Baker Mayfield and Jedrick Wills are progressing: An Orange and Brown Talk Special Edition

On this Gotta Watch the Tape edition of the Orange and Brown Talk podcast, Scott Patsko, Ellis Williams and Doug Lesmerises discuss the progress this season of Browns players at two critical positions: quarterback and left tackle. First, Ellis digs in on Baker Mayfield and how he handled the Baltimore Ravens last week. Ellis highlights what pre-snap motion does to help Mayfield, how he handles man coverage vs. zone coverage and the changes he has made since the first half of the season. Then, Scott dives in on rookie Jedrick Wills and how he has stacked up at left tackle. Is he better as a pass protector or run blocker? How does he compare to the other rookie tackles drafted around him? And what might settling that position do for the future of the Browns?
