Deshaun Watson’s Achilles re-rupture: What it means for the Browns

Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson re-ruptured his Achilles and underwent a second surgery on Thursday to repair it, all but taking him out of the quarterback picture for the Browns in 2025. Mary Kay Cabot, Ashley Bastock and Dan Labbe start Friday’s Orange and Brown Talk podcast by discussing the latest developments with Watson and how this might change things for the Browns, if it changes anything at all. Does this create a sense of urgency in the draft for the Browns? Will they be more aggressive in going after a veteran option? What’s next for Watson? Then they talk about the Browns hosting a London game in 2025 by looking back at Mary Kay’s trip there to cover the team in 2017 and discussing where they would like to go cover a Browns game.
