Ep 116 - Bro! Calm down, bro!

Just days before Carl's restaurant La Cubana opens up for business, I head down to the Meat Packing district to catch up with him as they put the finishing touches on the joint. We discuss the ins and outs and the stress that comes with opening a new restaurant. Also, fish hate the ocean, women hate women, the stupid waving bear and a fun fact about President Lincoln.
