This podcast is hosted by two women in their 60s who have been friends for over 40 years attempting to see the lighter and brighter side of menopause. The target audience is woman who are interested in other women’s experiences going through the transition of peri menopause, menopause, and post menopause. These podcasts are NOT intended to be medically based, nor the opinions shared, scientifically researched. The inspiration for this podcast came from the generation whose mothers stayed silent about their maturing bodies.
