A Brooklyn woman is suing her former landlord for $10 million, alleging the property management failed to address threats made by a neighbor who later shot and killed her husband and son. Meanwhile, the New York City area will be under a winter weather advisory on Thursday, with up to two inches of snow expected overnight.
