Episode 32: A GAME OF THRONES, ARYA III: "Riddles in the Dark"

Hello and welcome back to the NotACast, the one true chapter-by-chapter podcast going through A Song of Ice and Fire one chapter a week! Today, Emmett and Jeff tackle AGOT, Arya IIIin which Arya Stark chases cats through the Red Keep and stumbles upon dragon skulls and a pair of conspirators. This week, we: - Talk about a potential First Blackfyre Rebellion show - Discuss Arya's training montage, chasing cats - Follow up on her chat with dad and how Ned giving her something to do was the best thing he could have done for her - So much foreshadowing and groundwork: Illyrio, Balerion (the cat, not the dragon), - What exactly was Varys and Illyrio's plan at this juncture in the story? Next week: AGOT, Eddard VIII! Remember to check out part 1 of our patreon-only episode if you're one of our $5/above patrons. And if you're not a patron yet, link below!
