Jon Renthrope is a New Orleans native, entrepreneur, and brewmaster who founded Cajun Fire Brewing Company® in 2011. The business is both family-owned and historically significant, recognized as the first Black/Native American-owned brewery in Louisiana and the U.S. South, the first Native American-owned beer brand in U.S. history, and the second longest continuously operating Black-owned beer brand in the world (13 years).
