Episode 343 | Not Another One - New Rory & MAL

'WHO ARE YOU ANYWAY?' x Rory feat. LEON THOMAS is available NOW https://orcd.co/rorywaya

There's too much going on right now in Hip-Hop. First, DJ Khaled had a monkey wrench thrown in his album release just from one sarcastic comment from Drake on Instagram. Do you believe this album is getting back again? Cause we do (09:21). Our favorite urban outfitter (hahaha) Kith is releasing music now, and we give our take on it (28:50). By the time you're hearing this, I'm sure you've already downloaded Tweaker Remix with Lil Wayne. Of course our resident rap nerd HATES the idea of it, and his dismay gets us into our personal top 5 rappers (35:25). Speaking of our personal faves, Demaris is over the moon about Cardi B's new song with Pardison Fontaine (48:58). Of course the boys have to start talking like they're at the music label and ruin her joy. Rory tries to figure out the last time he heard a Lil Wayne album, while Tommy Richman proves to us that once you go black, you don't go back (1:00:30). Kanye confirmed some of suspicions about AI use with his next album - maybe Druski can catch him mid-rollout for his new reality show, 'Coulda Been Love' (1:13:45). We give our love to Irv Gotti (1:31:20), before getting into our latest voicemail submissions (1:38:16).
