Luckily this week we're joined by the proud female-forward owner of Denver's Hard Candy Dance Studio - Marquette Carrington! As a business owner, dancer, instructor and overall inspirational girls girl, Marquette stops by to chat all things dance, internalized misgoyny, and body image healing. She also schools us on the history of twerking, as well as shares her philosophy of honoring our bodies through movement.

Morgan and Marquette also touch on their histories of disordered eating brought on by dance, as well as the double standard many burlesque and pole dancers face online.
