On To The Next One: Matches To Make After UFC Macau

Song Yadong added another former UFC champion to his hit list with an impressive UFC Macau main event win over Deiveson Figueiredo, but how much closer does this push Song to a title shot? Is he just a notch below the elite or was this performance a sign he’s ready to take his game to another level? On an all-new edition of On To the Next One, MMA Fighting's Alexander K. Lee hosts solo, but not alone as the show’s brilliant listeners pitch in with a swarm of compelling fantasy bookings. Who makes sense for Song if he’s to stay on a championship track, and is there any way for Figueiredo to break out of this slump? Additionally, future matchups are discussed for Alonzo Menifield after he spoiled Zhang Mingyang’s homecoming, a surging Sergei Pavlovich, Kai Asakura after making a thrilling return to the bantamweight division, and more. Special thanks again to the OTTNO listeners for helping to carry the load this week. Follow Mike Heck: @m_heckjr Follow Alexander K.
