Psalms 91-92: Real Optimism!

These two psalms offer comfort, encouragement, and optimism rooted in God’s protection. Psalm 91 declares that those who dwell in God’s presence are safe from danger; it emphasizes trust, shield, and angelic guardianship, yet warns against misusing scripture for magic. Psalm 92 celebrates praise, joy, and the flourishing of righteous people—likening them to fruitful trees—while contrasting with fleeting success of wickedness. Together they remind readers that faith brings safety, hope, and a positive outlook even amid trials.
