Deep spirituality is not about techniques, beliefs, or outer practices. It is about recognizing that you are already pure consciousness—whole, infinite, and one with the universe. But your awareness is constantly distracted by the outside world and your thoughts and emotions. You are unlimited, but what you are looking at is limited to the tiny sum of your past experiences—forming your false concept of self.
