Focus on the Future

Happy Thanksgiving, Podcast Family! As many of you know, here in the U.S., we take this week of Thanksgiving to spend time with loved ones and reflect on the things that we are grateful for. Gratitude is truly a trait of great leaders. But, as we take time to look back on the past, let's also not lose sight of our brilliant futures. Today on the podcast, John Maxwell shares some thoughts on how we, as leaders, can stay focused on the future.

For the application portion of this episode, Mark Cole and Chris Goede share how they use these principles to focus on the future in their own leadership, and they offer some application to help us practice this in our leadership and relationships.

In addition to our Bonus Resource this week, we are offering a free PDF of John Maxwell's Holiday Conversation Starters, which will help you create meaningful conversations and lasting memories around the table with your loved ones this holiday season. Click here to download the free PDF.

Our BONUS resource for this episode is the Focus on the Future Worksheet, which includes fill-in-the-blank notes from John's teaching. You can download the worksheet by visiting MaxwellPodcast.com/Future and clicking "Download the Bonus Resource."
