Negativity - Is it living rent free in your head - Time to evict
Have you ever considered how much valuable space negative people, unpleasant experiences, and unhappy memories might be occupying inside your beautiful brain? Have you ever had somebody say something nasty or unkind, and found yourself thinking about it hours, days or even years later? Here’s an interesting question… Is it possible that somebody you don’t even like could be living RENT FREE inside your head? And if they are… Why would you want to give them free accommodation? Could we choose to think differently? Could we learn from unpleasant experiences without continually reliving them? Could we appreciate that other people have their own opinions, attitudes and behaviours, without allowing those things to control our happiness? And here’s another thought… Instead of charging NEGATIVITY rent… could we simply EVICT it? Could we fill that valuable space with wonderful memories, exciting opportunities, gratitude, laughter, happiness and positive thoughts? After all, we cannot always control what other people say or do. We cannot always control life’s challenges. But could we become better at choosing what we allow to occupy our thoughts? YOUR HEAD… YOUR THOUGHTS… YOUR CHOICE! Have you considered how much happier, healthier and more enjoyable life could become if negativity was no longer a permanent resident inside your head? DON’T CHARGE RENT… JUST EVICT? 🤗 Something to think about! Have a MAGNIFICENT day! 🩷🌞 MAX International Fitness College Helping people think, question, learn and create their own magnificent lives.
