Start noticing the moments you say yes out of guilt or fear instead of alignment. 2. Pause before answering. Give yourself space—“Let me get back to you” is your new best friend. 3. Start small with boundaries. Practice saying no to things that drain you. You don’t need a big reason. 4. Ditch the need to explain. “No” is a full sentence. You don’t owe people your peace to make them comfortable. 5. Use journaling to explore your triggers. Ask: Why do I feel guilty saying no? What am I afraid will happen? 6. Challenge your inner critic. You are not “bad” for setting limits. You are not selfish. You are healing. 7. Practice self-trust.
