"Detaching our self-worth from our accomplishments is easier said than done. This difficulty stems, in part, from societal pressures that equate success with material wealth and professional achievements. It involves asking ourselves difficult questions about what truly brings us joy, fulfillment, and a sense of purpose beyond the superficial" - Ross Bruch
