ÖTILLÖ, The Swimrun World Championship Course Overview Pt 1 w/PJ Michel

Welcome to episode 177 of the Löw Tide Böyz - A Swimrun Podcast! We’ve got something new for everyone this week. As we start wrapping our heads around gearing up for another ÖTILLÖ, The Swimrun World Championship, we thought it would be helpful to do a deep dive into the course and share a more granular course overview. We will be splitting the course overview into three parts. For this first episode (of three) we will be breaking down the course from Sandhamn to the start of Nämdö. Joining us for this discussion is our friend Pierre-Julien Michel.
