Team TBD

Welcome to episode 216 of the Löw Tide Böyz - A Swimrun Podcast! Partners month 2024 continues this week with a new team formed for one righteous purpose: to race this year’s edition of ÖTILLÖ, The Swimrun World Championship. Joining us in Studio G this week are our dear friends Addison Nuding and Phil Saenkov, A.K.A. Team “TBD.” In this conversation we chatted about how the team came together, how they are planning on training from afar, and what their goals are for the experience. We talk a lot on this show about the importance of teammates being aligned on their goals and this conversation is an inside look at that process.
