Team Kraken Swimrun

From Low Tide Boyz, a Swimrun Podcast Low Tide Boyz

Welcome to episode 112 of the Löw Tide Böyz - A Swimrun Podcast! We conclude this year’s Partners Month with the amazing Women’s team of Jenny Ramstedt and Diane Sadik, A.K.A., Team Kraken Swimrun. They are two of the most experienced Swimrunners out there and it was great to finally have them on the show to chat about their enduring Swimrun partnership, ÖTILLÖ, and, of course, fika.
