Hokey Cokey Swimrun Course Preview

From Low Tide Boyz, a Swimrun Podcast Low Tide Boyz

Welcome to episode 172 of the Löw Tide Böyz - A Swimrun Podcast! In this show we are doing a course preview of the only U.K. ÖTILLÖ Merit race: The Precision Fuel and Hydration Hokey Cokey Swimrun Roseland. We seem to have backed into a cool theme for this month so we’re just going to go with it. We asked Mad Hatter Sports Race Director, and former guest of the show, John Yelland to help us give you a comprehensive course preview of the race. Spoiler alert: it’s a great one!
