Midweek Rant - Ohio Man Kills Entire Family in Murder/Suicide - The Case of Michael Haight

In this midweek mini episode of Love and Murder, I tell you about the incomprehensible tragedy that fell upon the Haight family of Enoch, Utah. In the cold grip of January 2023, eight lives were extinguished in a horrible murder-suicide. I'm your host, Ky, and today we'll explore the dark undercurrents of a family torn apart by violence and the haunting questions that remain unanswered.

Michael Haight, a father of five, turned his home into a scene of unspeakable horror, claiming the lives of his wife Taucha, her mother Gail Earl, and their children, whose ages spanned from two to fourteen.

As we delve into the investigation, a history of domestic abuse allegations against Michael comes to light, painting a portrait of a family's hidden turmoil.

As the investigation continues, we're left pondering the motives behind such an act and the stark reminder of the devastating impact of domestic violence.

If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence, please seek help. You are not alone. Reach out to the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE or visit thehotline.org for confidential support.
