Midweek Rant - Man Beats Girlfriend, Drops Sofa on Her, Then Naps - The Case of Leroy Brahm III

In this midweek mini episode of Love and Murder, I, Ky, tell you the tragic story of Annabelle Meenan, a vibrant 22-year-old whose life was brutally snuffed out by the hands of her controlling boyfriend, 32-year-old Leroy Brahm. The details are as disturbing as they are heart-wrenching, exposing the horror of jealousy and domestic violence.

The police discovered Annabelle, lifeless and battered, in the home she shared with Leroy. Initially, he claimed innocence, suggesting a night of excessive drinking was to blame. But as the investigation unfolded, a gruesome narrative emerged, pieced together by surveillance footage, body cam recordings, and damning text messages.

In this episode, we confront the painful reality of domestic abuse, the manipulation that can mask it, and the importance of recognizing the signs before it's too late.

If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence, please reach out to the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE or visit thehotline.org for confidential support.
