Mid-week Mini | Principal's Murder-for-Hire Plot Against His Pregnant Mistress | Cornelius Green

In this mid-week true crime documentary episode of Love and Murder: Heartbreak to Homicide, Ky dives into a plot that reads like a tragic Shakespearean drama. Married, middle school principal Cornelius Green's affair with teacher Jocelyn Peters takes a dark turn when she becomes pregnant. In a desperate bid to protect his reputation and marriage, Green orchestrates a heinous crime, hiring his childhood friend Philip Cutler to murder Peters for a mere $2,500—a sum stolen from school funds.

Ky walks us through the details of the conspiracy, the murder, and the unraveling of Green's and Cutler's poorly executed plan. With surveillance footage, incriminating evidence, and a trial that exposes the depths of betrayal and cowardice, this episode is a retelling of the lengths some will go to avoid the consequences of their actions.
