Florida Man Friday - Girlfriend Tries to Poison Tea and a Daycare Finds a Gun in Toddler's Lunchbox

In this week's Florida Man Friday, we're unpacking two jaw-dropping cases that will leave you questioning the sanity of the Sunshine State. First up, we're sipping on a story of toxic love as we explore the case of Ivette Diaz, a Miami-Dade woman who took "spicing up the relationship" to a lethal level. When her boyfriend's tea tasted suspiciously like bleach, the truth bubbled up, revealing a plot that was anything but clean.

Then, we're unpacking a lunchbox like no other. Imagine the shock at a West Palm Beach daycare when a gun is found nestled among a toddler's snacks. Shanae Davis' attempt to juggle motherhood and self-defense leaves us pondering the line between protection and peril.

As if these cases weren't enough to keep you on the edge of your seat, we're also diving into a hot topic with Marina Zapata's article on Florida's ten most dangerous cities. Is your hometown on the list? Do you agree with the rankings? Let us know where you stand in this week's poll and join the conversation in the comments below.

And don't miss our listener comments, where we tackle the complexities of CPS.

It's a Florida Man Friday that promises to be as unpredictable as the state itself.

So, buckle up, LaMs, and let's dissect the chaos under the Florida sun.Remember to share your thoughts!
