A Tale of Two Cases | Murder, Rape and an Olympic Career? | Elaine Campione and Steven van de Velde

In today's true crime story, Ky brings you two cases - Elaine Campione and Steven van de Velde
Ky delves into the case of Elaine Campione, a mother who committed an unthinkable act against her own children. Driven by revenge towards her husband, Elaine's story is one of tragedy, mental illness, and a controversial path to leniency. Sentenced to life in prison, Elaine now enjoys privileges that many argue she doesn't deserve. Is her time behind bars more like a vacation spa day than a punishment? Join Ky as she unpacks the details of this disturbing case and questions the justice system's approach to such heinous crimes.

But that's not all. Ky also brings you a current case that follows a similar theme of offenders receiving undue leniency. This time, it's the shocking story of Steven van de Velde, a man who committed a horrendous crime yet continues to live a seemingly normal life, even competing in the Olympics. How does the justice system justify such decisions? Ky offers her insights and invites listeners to share their thoughts on these controversial cases.

Ky also shares an exclusive interrogation video available on Patreon (www.patreon.com/loveandmurder)
