In this episode, we dive into the life and legacy of Commander Puretide, one of the greatest strategists and philosophers in Tau history, and the profound impact he had on his students. From his tutelage of the legendary Farsight, whose divergence from the Greater Good set him on a controversial path, to Shadowsun’s mastery of Kauyon (Patient Hunter) tactics, and Kais’ lone-wolf approach to warfare, Puretide’s influence shaped the leaders who would guide the Tau Empire through some of its most pivotal moments. We explore how his teachings of discipline, patience, and strategic brilliance manifested in the distinct command styles of each student, as well as the moral and philosophical dilemmas they faced in balancing loyalty to the Greater Good with their own personal choices. Join us as we unravel the legacy of Puretide and examine how his philosophy continues to echo throughout the Tau’s ongoing struggle for dominance in the galaxy.Lorehammer Patreonhttps://www.patreon.com/c/lorehammer/membershipOne Time Donationshttps://paypal.me/lorehammerpodcastLink to all Linkshttps://linktr.ee/Lorehammer40k
