Colson Montgomery will not be the Chicago White Sox Opening Day shortstop and that is okay

The Chicago White Sox announced Colson Montgomery has been re-assigned to Triple A despite it feeling like the starting shortstop position being skewed in his favor. This is actually a good thing for one of the team's top prospects development, and not a major reason to be concerned about him--at least for now. Host Todd Welter also tackles a lot of good that happened in yesterday's 10-3 victory including Martin Perez making his case to be the Opening Day starter. Finally, another publication gave the Sox farm system a rave review, however there should be caution when it comes to believing the hype because the organization struggles to develop players to have sustained success.
