UPDATE- I made an INSANE BET with Josh Pate on WVU Football!

Mountaineer Paul made one of the boldest WVU predictions imaginable—and put the Chalice of Supremacy on the line with Josh Pate! The bet: West Virginia will produce THREE different 1,000-yard rushers during the 2026 season. That historic chase begins tomorrow against Coastal Carolina. Cam Cook is positioned to lead the charge, Michael Hawkins Jr. gives Rich Rodriguez a dangerous rushing threat at quarterback, and explosive freshman Amari Latimer could immediately establish himself as WVU’s next backfield star. Can Cook, Hawkins and Latimer combine for more than 3,000 rushing yards and bring the Chalice of Supremacy to Mountaineer Nation? Paul reveals his bold predictions for WVU’s season opener—including a monster performance from Cam Cook, two touchdown passes from Hawkins and relentless pressure from Ezekiel Durham-Campbell against his former team. The road to three 1,000-yard rushers—and Josh Pate’s Chalice—starts at noon in Morgantown!
