SHOCKER: Richrod threatens to go BACK into the Transfer Portal if Running Backs don't SHAPE UP!

#WVU #WestVirginiaFootball #RichRodriguez West Virginia Head Coach Rich Rodriguez is hitting the SOFT EDGED button after a rough Day Two of fall camp, as detailed in the latest from him during a press conference today..... Fresh off a positive Day One, Rodriguez’s tone turned sour, labeling his team "soft" and pointing to a lack of effort—especially among running backs, where only two finished practice without tapping out. "I didn’t think we took great steps today," he said, frustrated by the lack of toughness despite mild conditions. With perks like ice cream machines and a cushy setup, Rodriguez blasted the "fantasy world" his players inhabit, hinting at a cultural reset. Now, he’s eyeing the transfer portal seriously, noting, "There’s still 4,000 kids in the portal… I got a spot or two open," and plans to rally his recruiting staff. Is this a one-off rant? His wife Rita suggests it’s a Day Two tradition.
