ALERT- Exclusive Off Season Update with Geimere Latimer Sr!

On today's Locked On West Virginia, we're joined by one of the most respected voices in Georgia high school athletics—Geimere Latimer Sr., Assistant Principal, Athletic Director at Sandy Creek High School, and the father of WVU defensive back Geimere Latimer II and freshman running back Amari Latimer. We discuss Geimere II being selected to represent the Mountaineers at Big 12 Media Days, what that says about his leadership, and his expectations for West Virginia's defense this season. We also dive into Amari Latimer's transition to Morgantown, WVU's highly regarded running back room, and why Phil Steele's praise of the position group is so significant heading into 2026. Plus, we break down 2027 Sandy Creek offensive lineman Ryan Moore's commitment to West Virginia, Rich Rodriguez's recruiting philosophy, and whether a true Sandy Creek-to-WVU pipeline is beginning to emerge. If you're a Mountaineer fan who wants an inside look at the program through the eyes of a father, educator, and athletic director, this is an interview you won't want to miss.
