DeMeco Ryans Talks Necessary Changes + No 5th Year Option For Stroud?! Mistake or Right Move?

The head man in charge, DeMeco Ryans, just sent a message to the entire league… and especially to C.J. Stroud. At the Annual Coaches Meeting, Ryans made it clear: change is here in Houston. That includes the tough decision to move on from Stroud’s longtime QB coach, Jerrod Johnson. His reasoning? Simple—and bold: 🗣️ “How can we help CJ the best?” Ryans doubled down on something a lot of people overlook: sometimes a new voice is exactly what a young QB needs to LEVEL UP. And if Houston wants to get over the hump… this might be the move that defines everything. But that’s just the beginning 👇 🔥 Tank Dell Update — The Texans are NOT rushing back their explosive playmaker. It’s all about long-term impact, not short-term hype. 💰 Contract DRAMA — Houston is reportedly HOLDING OFF on a Stroud extension this summer… but working toward a mega deal for Will Anderson Jr. 👀 🤔 Is that a smart move? Or a risky gamble? Here’s the reality: If Stroud proves he’s THAT guy again next season, the bag will be waiting. If not… Houston keeps flexibility in a league where QB decisions define EVERYTHING. This is a franchise at a turning point. New expectations. Tough decisions. Championship pressure. 🏆 Is this the moment the Texans officially go from contenders… to Super Bowl or bust?
