MORE CHANGES: Brent Venables says EVERYTHING is on the table | Jason Witten STEPPED UP

Oklahoma Sooners face QB uncertainty as Brent Venables declares “everything is on the table” ahead of their clash with Florida. The quarterback competition heats up after Ben Arbuckle’s departure, with John Mateer, Whitt Newbauer, and Bowe Bentley all taking first-team reps. Can a new offensive approach revive the Sooners’ faltering season?

The discussion explores whether interim OC Jason Witten can ignite Oklahoma’s offense, drawing on his NFL pedigree and leadership qualities. Insights cover the lack of progress under Mateer, the offensive line’s struggles, and the rising pressure for results. Will Witten’s energy and Venables’ open competition shake up Oklahoma football’s trajectory?

Plus, OU women’s basketball starts strong with a dominant win in Paris, while the men’s team endures a shocking East Texas A&M loss.
