SAINTS SQUAD SHOW: Both New Orleans Saints Backup QBs STRUGGLE In Blowout Loss to Rams

The New Orleans Saints suffered a demoralizing 34-0 preseason defeat to the Los Angeles Rams, exposing significant issues with depth, discipline, and execution across the roster. Both backup quarterbacks struggled to capitalize on their opportunities, leaving the team with major concerns at the QB2 spot. Fundamentals such as tackling, run defense, and penalties plagued the performance, while injuries to several position groups further highlighted the lack of reliable depth. Despite a few bright spots from young players, the overall effort raised questions about coaching preparation and the team’s readiness for the regular season.
