RAIDERS SQUAD SHOW: Klint KUBIAK speaks on OTA ENERGY + Mark DAVIS SUCCESSION Plan

The Raiders are back on the field and there’s already plenty to break down from OTA season. On this episode of the Raiders Squad Show, Lincoln Kennedy, Q Myers, and Shantelle Chand react to offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak addressing the media during Raiders OTAs and what his comments reveal about the direction of the offense heading into the 2026 season. We’ll play key soundbites from Kubiak and discuss what stood out most about the system, quarterback expectations, offensive identity, and the overall energy around the team early in camp. The crew also dives into major business news surrounding owner Mark Davis and the Raiders organization as reports surface about succession planning and minority ownership stakes involving Ari Emanuel and Mark Shapiro. What does it mean for the future of the franchise? Should Raider Nation be concerned about the possibility of Mark Davis eventually selling more shares of the team? We break down the business side of the Silver & Black and what it could mean long term. Plus, while stars like Maxx Crosby and Brock Bowers are expected to dominate as usual, we discuss which Raiders veterans face the most pressure heading into training camp. From Malcolm Koonce and Eric Stokes to Nakobe Dean, Jeremy Chinn, and Tre Tucker, we discuss who needs a strong camp the most and why. We close out the show with your questions and comments with Linc & Q. Raider Nation, subscribe and join the conversation.
