REACTION: Carolina Panthers claim Corey Bullock, waive Chandler Zavala + Biggest Remaining Roster Questions

Carolina Panthers shake up their 2026 roster by claiming offensive lineman Corey Bullock off waivers, signaling a fresh direction for their offensive line depth. With Chandler Zavala released after a disastrous preseason, attention turns to Bullock’s potential as a reliable backup—and possibly a future starting center. Julian Council and guest Kevin Ostreicher break down Bullock's Baltimore Ravens track record, his versatility at center and guard, and what this move means for the struggling Panthers interior.

Key discussion points include the implications of the 2023 draft class struggles, ongoing concerns about offensive and defensive line depth, and expectations for rookies like Sam Hecht and Lee Hunter. With Bobby Okereke’s signing on the horizon and practice squad updates in full swing, the Panthers face pressing questions about their readiness for Week 1 against the Chicago Bears. Can these new roster moves fuel a turnaround in Carolina, or do bigger challenges still loom?
