Carolina Panthers Finalize 2026 Coaching Staff, Experience and Continuity SHINE

The Carolina Panthers announce a revamped coaching staff as Dave Canales enters a pivotal third year. Can veterans like Darrell Bevell and Carl Smith spark another NFC South title run, or will new faces redefine the Panthers’ strategy on both sides of the ball?

Julian Council spotlights key hires—Darrell Bevell as associate head coach, Dwayne Stukes joining as special teams and defensive assistant, and Peter Hansen’s promotion to assistant defensive coordinator/linebackers coach. Insights include Mike Bercovici’s ascension to offensive passing game coordinator, Jim Caldwell's departure, and the growing continuity among returning coaches such as Brad Idzik and Harold Goodwin. The episode breaks down how these moves could influence Bryce Young’s development, Carolina’s offensive balance, and a defense led by Ejiro Evero. Can this seasoned staff translate stability into postseason success for the Panthers?
