Why Ole Miss BEATS LSU — 3 Reasons, 3 Keys, Final Score

Every preview of Ole Miss and LSU this week has been about Lane Kiffin and the crowd. That's the wrong line. LSU's quarterback room has two touchdown passes and five rushing touchdowns, and Blake Baker's defense has spent two games against pocket passers and nothing else. Trinidad Chambliss is not a pocket passer, and the designed quarterback run Ole Miss has not shown all year is the one thing LSU has no film to prepare for. One day to LSU. College GameDay is in the Grove. Steven Willis stops surveying and picks a side: three reasons Ole Miss wins, three keys, three names, an X-factor nobody has mentioned all week, and a final score. Lane Kiffin stood at his own podium this week and admitted the coaching familiarity favors Ole Miss — then volunteered the receipt that proves it.
