Fourcade: Chambliss Has Won at Every Level — Year Two Is About the Cast

The quarterback fraternity has weighed in. Rebel legend John Fourcade returns to Locked On Ole Miss with football closing in fast — and his year-two verdict on Trinidad Chambliss is as clean as it gets: "I am not worried about Trinidad." The kid has won at every level of football he's touched. The real 2026 question? Everything around him — the new receiver wave clicking fast, the offensive line coming through, and a new offensive coordinator whose experience should gel immediately with a veteran QB1. John Fourcade also calls the nine-game SEC schedule exactly what it is — a gauntlet with zero easy Saturdays — and flips it into the best playoff math of the offseason: stack up multiple 9-3 SEC teams and they're ALL in. Plus the dual-Heisman dilemma between Chambliss and Kewan Lacy, the breakout conversation, the Media Days blueprint for the trio in Tampa (let the kids talk football), and the legend's late-August Oxford visit before surgery No. 40.
