Has Luka Dončić Made Himself a Favorite for MVP? Plus, Comparing 6-2 Starts.

His borderline nuclear start has moved Luka Doncic into the catbird seat in the VERY VERY VERY early race for MVP. Which sounds kinda dumb -- teams have been playing for like two weeks -- but this is an award where narratives get locked in early. So how well does Luka need to play to keep the inside track? And more importantly, how well do the Lakers need to play? Plus, the Lakers started this season 6-2, and last season 6-2. How are those starts similar? How are they different? And should Jake LaRavia, who moved into the starting lineup when Ziaire Williams got hurt, stay there even with Williams healthy? HOSTS: Andy and Brian Kamenetzky SEGMENT 1: The MVP odds are sliding to Luka... SEGMENT 2: What an MVP candidacy means for the Lakers. SEGMENT 3: What about the lineup?
