Notre Dame vs. Navy Preview

Locked On Irish host Tyler Wojciak previews No. 5 Notre Dame's Halloween showdown with Navy at Gillette Stadium as the Fighting Irish look to bounce back from their loss to BYU and build momentum before a massive matchup with Miami. Tyler opens the show by examining what's at stake for Marcus Freeman's team, why a dominant victory over the Midshipmen won't erase the disappointment from Provo, and how Notre Dame can use this game to regain its confidence. Then, he breaks down Navy's offense and defense, including the explosive rushing ability of quarterback Jackson Gutierrez, the weaknesses in Navy's pass defense, and the biggest keys to victory for CJ Carr, Jonaz Walton, and the Irish on both sides of the ball. Finally, Tyler examines Navy's special teams struggles, explains why Jordan Faison could have a big opportunity in the return game, and delivers his score prediction along with several bold predictions for Notre Dame's offense and defense.
