Instant Reaction: Injury Updates to Leonard Moore & KVA, Defensive Fixes, and Offensive Growth

Locked On Irish host Tyler Wojciak reacts to Marcus Freeman’s Monday press conference following Notre Dame’s 37-26 win over North Carolina. Tyler starts with the latest injury updates on Leonard Moore, Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa and Matty Augustine, including Augustine’s return to practice and what Jayden Sanders’ role could look like in the secondary. He also breaks down Freeman’s assessment of Notre Dame’s defensive issues against UNC, from eye discipline in man coverage to communication problems in zone. Then, Tyler turns to the offense after Freeman called it the offensive line’s most complete performance of the season, discusses why Mylan Graham didn’t play, what makes freshman running back Jonaz Walton so dangerous and Freeman’s reaction to CJ Carr putting his body on the line as a runner.
