How Notre Dame is Dominating the Recruiting Trail Right Now | Crossover with The Portal

Notre Dame is on an absolute tear on the recruiting trail. Locked On Irish Host Tyler Wojciak js joined by recruiting insider Brian Smith—host of The Portal podcast—for a special crossover episode to break it all down. Tyler and Brian react to the commitment of 3-star OL Charlie Thom, explain why ND might take six offensive linemen, and assess the impact of 5-star safety Joey O'Brien and 4-star CB Khary Adams. They also dive into Notre Dame’s bold wide receiver strategy, the pursuit of DL Elijah Golden, and whether Marcus Freeman is closing the gap on the SEC elite. Plus, how sustainable is this success, and could the 2026 class go down as one of the best ever?
