COMMIT: Desmond Green COMMITS to Billy Napier, Florida Gators 2026 Recruiting Class

In the latest episode of Locked On Gators, host Brandon Olsen breaks down the Florida Gators' newest addition to their 2026 recruiting class as three-star offensive lineman Desmond Green has officially committed to the Orange and Blue. Green, a physical, versatile lineman with a high ceiling, chose Florida over some of the nation’s most competitive programs, including the Georgia Bulldogs, Oklahoma Sooners, and South Carolina Gamecocks. Brandon explains why Green's commitment is another positive step in reinforcing the trenches for the Gators, a critical area that Billy Napier and his staff have emphasized in building a sustainable, competitive roster in the SEC. With Green's size, athleticism, and potential to develop into a multi-positional contributor on the offensive line, the Gators continue to stack pieces that are essential for long-term success. Brandon also discusses how this commitment fits into the broader strategy of Florida’s 2026 recruiting class and what fans can expect as the staff keeps its foot on the gas in recruiting battles across the country.
