Commanders Should Let Marcus Mariota Run the Full Offense vs. Seahawks

Washington Commanders quarterback Marcus Mariota starts against the Seattle Seahawks with Jayden Daniels out, but David Blough shouldn’t give his veteran quarterback a restricted offense. Mariota knows the system, his teammates trust his command of it, and his history against Seattle’s preferred zone coverages says Washington can keep the full offensive menu available. The bigger concern is whether the Commanders can protect him against a four-man rush designed to control the game without blitzing.
