Releasing Eric Kendricks Gives Chargers Needed Cap Space and Opens Up Opportunity for Daiyan Henley

The first domino of free agency has fallen with the Chargers releasing starting linebacker Eric Kendricks getting them closer to being under the salary cap. This helps with the cap but leaves Los Angeles to likely start two new linebackers in 2024 and it might be Daiyan Henley’s time to shine. Dan and David discuss the Kendricks news and get into Fan mail questions including if the Chargers could reunite with Drue Tranquill. The guys also discuss why the team needs to use the draft to just add as much talent as possible and gaining more picks. This WR class is loaded and the hosts talk about how they would rank the top options Marvin Harrison Jr., Malik Nabers and Rome Odunze. Whoever the Chargers draft will have to be a player that fits Jim Harbaugh’s new culture, because the team buying in these old school ideals will be a huge factor in their success.
