49ERS SQUAD SHOW: FRED WARNER Sustains SEASON-ENDING INJURY in Loss to Bucs

The San Francisco 49ers saw first-hand today why Baker Mayfield is making an early-season case for the NFL MVP as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers overcame key injuries on offense for a 30-19 win. The biggest injury news of the day, however, again comes from the San Francisco 49ers as All-Pro Fred Warner dislocated and broke his ankle in the loss and will be out for the remainder of the season. Still, despite the injury, the San Francisco 49ers hung around until the end of this game and gave themselves a chance to win. Hopefully, they can get a little healthier before week seven's matchup with the Atlanta Falcons.
