What a massive year!! So much happened in the last 12 months I can hardly believe it, but this time of year between Christmas and New Year's can be weird and unsettling. Are we supposed to relax and enjoy, or should we ponder, plan, and make resolutions? It's a question that can make this week feel a little agitated and confusing.
