What does it mean to fear the name of the Lord? In the NIV translation of the Bible, the word fear is often translated as reverence—a posture of awe, honor, and worship before the one true God. In the book of Malachi, we’re given a beautiful promise: those who revere His holy name will be cherished and deeply loved by Him. The Lord listens and remembers all who honour and esteem His great name. How awesome and faithful is our God!
