You may have noticed a HUGE sand sculpting project going on a Elizabeth Quay. It's being driven by Jennifer Rossen, a local Perth woman who grew up making sand castles on Cottesloe Beach and has spent the last 25 years travelling the world making massive-scale sand sculptures.
