Visit lisrunning.com to be coached by us!

On this episode, the boys had our good friend Devin Meyrer back on the podcast! Devin is a 1:03 half marathoner and 2:20 full marathoner in the Detroit, Michigan area. He is also a licensed mental health therapist and his account on socials is centered around mental health + his running journey. It’s a great combination because as we know - running is very mental!

We chatted about Devin’s DNF at Grandma’s Marathon in June, his upcoming fall races, and some of the mental tips and tricks that he has posted about on socials prior that would be super beneficial for every runner to implement.

Enjoy!
